Anthony Antonucci(Co-Founder and Chair)
As a Former Police Officer of Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Anthony Antonucci has extensive expertise in dealing with at-risk youth, post-traumatic stress disorder, and juvenile delinquency issues. Trained specifically in dealing with underserved young people, emergency management and violence prevention. Mr. Antonucci has 20 years expericence with underserved youth. He is a graduate of Villanova University. -
Heather Butts, JD, MPH, MA(Co-Founder and Executive Director)
Regulatory Specialist at Columbia University Medical Center; adjunct professor at Columbia University School of Public Health; Board member of several non-profits that focus on young people and underserved populations. Background in psychology in education, as well as teaching and counseling young people. Ms. Butts received her BA from Princeton University, her JD from St. John's University School of Law, her MPH from Harvard University and her MA in teaching from Teachers College Columbia University. Hugh F. Butts, MD(Co-Founder and Vice-President)
Psychoanalyst in private practice in New York with decades of experience working with troubled youths and underserved populations. Expertise in post-traumatic stress disorder, forensic psychiatry and juvenile delinquency. Author of works such as, The Black Mask of Humanity, he has published and presented extensively on issues related to youth, outreach, diversity and discrimination. Dr. Butts received his MD from Meharry Medical College and is a graduate of the Columbia University Psychoanalytic Institute. -
Amanda FungReporter, Crain's New York Business. Primarily covers residential real estate and development in the boroughs outside Manhattan: the trends, the companies, and transactions. She also helps with the commercial real estate coverage, contributes to a weekly column on real estate deals, and Neighborhood Journal column, as well as daily contributor to the Crain's Real Estate Daily Alert. She has a decade of experience in business journalism. Additionally, Ms. Fung has extensive expertise in non-profit work and youth mentoring. Previously, she served as a member of the Young Executive Board for iMentor. Ms. Fung is a graduate of New York University.

Tianna M. Umann, MA, PA-CDirector of Clinical Informatics and a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant for the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Columbia University Medical Center. Originally from California, she received her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Southern California 1991 and later her Master's Degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University. After graduating she moved to Northern California to work with several clinical research teams at Stanford University Medical Center/Palo Alto Veterans Hospital. In 2001 she moved to New York to pursue a career in cardiac surgery and clinical research. She is a founding member and Vice President of the New York City Chapter of FIMRC as well as a member and advisor to several non-profit organizations that targets the mental and physical health needs of children and youth.
