As a Former Police Officer of Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Anthony Antonucci has extensive expertise in dealing with at-risk youth, post-traumatic stress disorder, and juvenile delinquency issues. Trained specifically in dealing with underserved young people, emergency management and violence prevention. Mr. Antonucci has 20 years expericence with underserved youth. He is a graduate of Villanova University.


Heather ButtsHeather Butts, JD, MPH, MA
(Co-Founder and Executive Director) Regulatory Specialist at Columbia University Medical Center; adjunct professor at Columbia University School of Public Health; Board member of several non-profits that focus on young people and underserved populations. Background in psychology in education, as well as teaching and counseling young people. Ms. Butts received her BA from Princeton University, her JD from St. John’s University School of Law, her MPH from Harvard University and her MA in teaching from Teachers College – Columbia University. Hugh F. Butts, MD
hugh butts (Co-Founder and Vice-President) Psychoanalyst in private practice in New York with decades of experience working with troubled youths and underserved populations. Expertise in post-traumatic stress disorder, forensic psychiatry and juvenile delinquency. Author of works such as, The Black Mask of Humanity, he has published and presented extensively on issues related to youth, outreach, diversity and discrimination. Dr. Butts received his MD from Meharry Medical College and is a graduate of the Columbia University Psychoanalytic Institute.

Associate, Bank Loan Syndications, Goldman, Sachs & Co. Expertise in bank debt inventory, international work in India and financial technology companies. Mr. Chopra has worked with several non-profit and start-up organizations, youth organizations and international programs. Mr. Chopra is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.

Reporter, Crain’s New York Business. Primarily covers residential real estate and development in the bouroughs outside Manhattan—the trends, the companies and news. She also helps with the commercial real estated coverage, contributes to a weekly column on real estate deals, as well as writes for the daily Web site. She has a decade of experience in the business reporting arena. Additionally, Ms. Fung has extensive expertise in non-profit work, youth mentoring and hunger outreach. Ms. Fung is a graduate of New York University.
